CPA-qualified, Helen has delivered finance transformations, enterprise change programs and value realisation across complex, regulated environments: operating-model redesign, shared services and offshoring, PMO and governance frameworks, and the performance tracking that proves it all worked.
She founded Metis after watching the same pattern repeat — large programs that delivered activity but not value, because finance was brought in to report on the outcome rather than own it. Metis exists to close that gap: finance embedded in transformation from day one, with value engineered into every initiative.
